Make a Mutton stock Take a cooker and water, mutton and all yakhni ingredients cook until mutton is soft.

Mutton will done then take a separate pan add ghee and fry oinon till light golden brown add ginger garlic paste and zeera fry then.

Add mutton and slightly fry. We strains the mutton stock from it's yakhni then add all stock and cook till boil.

Rice water rinse and add rice in yakhni when water soaked in rice then 15 minutes ka liya dam main rakhy.

Serve hot with Raita, Kabab
