I absolutely love curry.I love chickpea curry too, and have tried various curry recipes.I came up with this original recipe by using various delicious ideas from different chefs. The combination of spices is pretty random. This recipe is actually quite easy to follow!Add the spices with periodic taste-tests.I think the key to making this curry delicious is to use different kinds of curry powder. That's why I gave a wide range to the amount of curry powder to add.Adding spices while tasting your dish is so much fun! Recipe by Senchiko cookpad.japan -
Curry Pizza Curry Pizza
This pizza has been popular with my kids ever since they were small, and even now that they are in high school. I guess this curry taste is soul food for Japanese people. You can also use curry powder instead of curry roux, but it will not thicken. This is all right for the pizzas, but it will be difficult to use as a filling for curry bread. I recommend using curry roux. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -

Eggplant and Bell Pepper Keema Curry Eggplant and Bell Pepper Keema Curry
I think keema curry brings out the flavour of eggplant more than normal curry.Adjust the amount of water depending on the heat. It's more delicious if you let the eggplant cool down once and then re-heat so the flavour soaks in.Use whatever curry powder you like! I use medium-hot Java Curry. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by aiko6612 cookpad.japan -

I made this dish because I wanted to use aubergines . With minced meat, you can taste meat in every bite. . I love curry with minced meat and aubergines, so I make this often.I haven't put other vegetables in the ingredients, but use whatever you like, such as carrots and peppers .Adding a little milk makes the curry milder .Adding a little soy sauce makes the curry richer .If you fry the aubergines and make the curry all in the same pan, you will have less washing up . For 2~3 servings. Recipe by classy cookpad.japan -
Delicious and Easy Keema Curry Using Store-bought Roux Delicious and Easy Keema Curry Using Store-bought Roux
I also make keema curry with curry powder, but when I don't have any powder in stock, I make a lot of curry by using store-bought roux, and then freezing it after letting it cool and wrapping them separately in plastic wrap. There was a lot of difference in taste when I made it with caramelized onions! The carrots are grated to save time.Make sure to freeze the onions by flattening them. It'll take time to cook if they're a thick block. I heard from a friend of mine who was watching the TV-show "Hanamaru Market" about the how-to of making caramelized onions.Skim off the scum if this bothers you. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan -

Yummy Mushroom Curry in 15 Minutes Yummy Mushroom Curry in 15 Minutes
Last time I used Ebara-brand yakiniku sauce to make curry, and it was delicious! This time, I made a juicier curry, with shimeji mushrooms as a base ingredient, and added tons of tomatoes. This is really tasty and great with rice! My boyfriend really loved it.Mushrooms are low in calories, but are full of fiber. They also have a nice texture and make a dish more satisfying. That's why they're a superb ingredient that's also easy on your wallet. Yakiniku sauce is made of a combination of fruity sweetness and aromatic richness, which cuts down on cooking time when making curry! For 4 servings. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -
Curry Sausages Curry Sausages
This has been a hit since it was first served. I leave the casing on them, and I don't cook them hard to make bangers out of them, so they have a snap and are super juicy. You can eat these over mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, riced cauliflower, eggs, noodles, or rice. They are really good over tater-tots, fries, or scrambled eggs. I add just a little HP Sauce, but you can leave it out, or substitute with Worcestershire sauce. I was going to put just Australia, but it wouldn't let me.Do not confuse this recipe with currywurst from West Germany recipe. It has a tomato based sauce. skunkmonkey101
