Farmhouse Recipe: Curry Soboro

When I was making curry doria (rice gratin with white sauce), I thought it would be a good idea to make just curry soboro.
The oil hardens when the curry soboro cools down, so microwave before eating. Recipe by FarmersK

I like adding eggplant to curry, and this time I added it to dry curry. The amount of water needed depends on the kind of curry roux you use. [Farmhouse Recipe] Keema Curry without Water [Farmhouse Recipe] Keema Curry without Water
I get busy every April, so I make this keema curry and freeze it to keep it stored. If you put it on top of spaghetti, it's like meat sauce spaghetti, and if you deep-fry seasonal vegetables without batter, and put them on top as toppings, it becomes vegetable curry.Step 1: When you're making the vegetable paste, add the vegetables little by little. Throwing them all into the food processor will make it harder to blend everything together. If the vegetables don't contain enough water, add about 100 ml of water. For 8 servings. Homemade Chicken Soboro Homemade Chicken Soboro
There was a period where I was really into soboro bento. I often bought it. But that gets expensive, so I started making it myself. After you mix it well together, just make sure it doesn't burn and stir occasionally. You can also cook the minced meat first, wipe excess oil with a paper towel, then add the sauce. This makes a healthier version. Recipe by *3103* cookpad.japan -
Vegetarian Curry Vegetarian Curry
I adapted a curry recipe from "vege dining", a website I love.It is free of animal derived ingredients and doesn't use a lot of oil, so it's ideal to feed to small children as well.Add richness using sesame paste. You could probably use peanut butter instead. Adjust the amount of spices to taste. Reduce the curry powder for small children. Try to use preservative and MSG-free ketchup and sauce as much as possible. If you are allergic to wheat, dilute rice flour, kudzu starch, or katakuriko with water and add at the end to thicken the sauce. Recipe by Naokki- cookpad.japan -
