Sieve flour into bowl,add yeast and stir,add sugar then rub in margarine

Into a bowl, measure 1 cup warm water,add milk,beaten egg and mix.

Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in liquid mixture above then mix with your hands.

Knead until elestic or place in a mixer and knead using the dough hook until elestic and smooth.

Allow to rise for an hour then then roll it out and cut it round cover with kitchen towel to rise or double in size.

Then fry in hot oil until golden brown but use low heat.
