Take besan in a big bowl add water to make paste not very thick, you can add more water if you require to make it thin.

Add all other ingredients and mix it well.

Put non-stick pan on flame, grease it with oil, take a service spoon full batter on pan and spread it gently in round shape, a minute after turn on other side, cook it for less than a minute and it is ready to serve crispy and hot along with green mint chutney and tomato ketchup
