Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbesan/gram flour
  2. 1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cupghee

    Ingredients.

    In a kadhai, add 6 tbsp melted ghee, besan. Mix well. Saute on medium to low flame.

    Stir continuously, fry for 10 minutes, add 2 tbsp ghee. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Fry for 2 mins. Turn off the flame. Lets it cool down. Add powdered sugar. Mix well.

    Make the besan mixture in laddu balls. Besan Laddu is ready. Enjoy!!!
