Steps

Wash your pineapple well and peel them

Cut them into small pieces (remove the hard part in the center) and blend. I did 2 portions, blended with 1 cup of water each

Put your blended stuff in a bowl to settle

Put your pineapple skin and the hard part in a sufuria, add sugar to your desire and Water. I boiled with 2 Cups of water but ended up with one cup. Let it cool down after it's boiled

Back to your blended pineapple. You will realise that there will be a foam on put and the juice on the bottom. Carefully remove all the foam, then sieve the juice

Now mix your cooled syrup with the sieved blended pineapple
