Ingredients

  1. Beef qeema half kg
  2. 3tomato
  3. 1onion
  4. 3 tbspdahi
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspPuti hui mirch
  7. haldi half tsp
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. Pissa hoa zeera half tsp
  10. 2 tbspMethi
  11. 4Green chilli
  12. 1 tbspAdrak kati hui
  13. 2 tbspHara dhania bareek Kata hoa
  14. 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  15. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    First you chop onion and tomato in chopper.

    In pan heat oil add onion and fry till light golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and cook 2 min then add qeema and fry till light Brown.aw

    Add tomato and 1/2 cup water and cook at least 30min..when water is evaporated add all spices and cook for 15 min.

    Jab oil upar ajay then add methi and adrak and cook for 5 min on low flame.now garnish with Hara dhania,haree mirch and adrak.

    Taty beef KARHAI QEEMA ready...... Enjoy with raita and Nan.
