Steps

Soak rice, Dal and methi Dana seperately overnight

Grind it till smooth paste and mix together for 6-8 hrs in a warm place for firmentation.

Now make sambar take 1katori toor Dal soaked for half an hour mix all cut vegetables add salt and haldi cook in pressure cooker only 2 whistle.

For Chutney grind coconut,roasted channa,ginger greenchilly and imly pulp together add salt and make a fine paste.

For Tadka add oil in Tadka pan add blacksarso Hing and curry leaves fry it and put on chutney.

Sambar Tadka :- when Dal cooks completely add imly pulp and sambar Masala.and mix well.now add oil in Tadka add urad Dal 1 spoon,hing,black sarso and curryleave put in sambar.your Sambar is ready

For idly add salt in idly batter mix well.apply oil in idly mould Grease it well.

Put batter 1 spoon in all mould and arrange it steam it for 5 min.on high flame and idly is ready take out all idly gr mould with help of a knife.do it carefully
