Orange Delight

Take one orange, carefully cut off around 1/4 of orange from top,leaving you with a cup shaped orange in your hand.

Using a sharp knife,carefully scoop out the pulp from both the pieces.you can pull out the bits and clear the inside of the orange cup.keep the pulp in a separate bowl

Remove skin,seeds,threads from the pulp.prepare each orange same way.

In another bowl,lightly whip the cream with beater or fork.add sugar and whip a little more.

Mix the pulp with the cream gently.

Spoon in equal quantities of this orange cream mix into the orange cups.chill/freeze for at least 4-5 hours.

Alternatively,you can use srikhand,cream cheese,ice cream instead of cream. also,insted of pulp you can use orange liquer and orange rind.

Serve decorated with leaf and clove.
