I didn't have time to krinkle cut the carrots. I had unexpected company come over. So this was on the fly, and successful.

Ingredients

  1. 12 ouncesfrozen crinkle cut carrots
  2. 2 tablespoonshoney
  3. 1/2 stickbutter
  4. 1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 3 tablespoonspacked brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the carrots with cinnamon and salt. Add the butter. Sauté for 20minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the sugar and honey. Simmer till just a slight crunch is left. Cover and allow to rest 15 minutes undisturbed. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
