Ingredients

  • 250 gmsicing sugar
  • 1egg - white
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg white till it doubles in size

  2. 2

    Sieve your icing sugar and to the egg white

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice and vanilla essence and whisk until you achieve the required consistency

  4. 4

    Apply on your cake
