Methi Sabzi with Roasted Peanuts

Wash and finely chopped methi.

I have chopped the onions and green chillies in a chopper.

In a kadai take oil and add finely chopped onions and green chillies and cook till it slightly changes in colour.

Add chopped methi and cook till water dries completely.

Add salt to taste and crushed roasted peanuts and cook for 5 mins.

Remove in a bowl and serve hot with jowari rotis.

You can also add garlic if you like..
