Ingredients

1.5 hour
4 to 5 servings
  • 2 kgGajar
  • 6 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupSugar
  • Half cup condensed milk
  • Half cup Malai
  • 1.5 cupDried milk
  • 2Elaichi
  • 2 cupsKhoya full

Steps

1.5 hour
  1. 1

    Take crushed and washed carrots in a pan, cook them until they become soft.. now add a cup of milk

  2. 2

    When it dries up add sugar & condensed milk, cook on high flame.. bhuno well so that the water dries well

  3. 3

    In other pan take some ghee with elaichis.. add this ghee tarka in halwa, bhuno it on high flame for 10 to 15 minutes.. Add dried milk and switch off the flame..

  4. 4

    Add khoya in the centre of halwa.. leave it for for few minutes thn mix it.. add badam akhrot for garnishing..

  5. 5

    P.S:
    To get the red color of halwa wash them after crushing and donot cover the lid of ur pan..
