Izakaya-style Deep-fried Tuna

I got some maguro so that I could try to make one of my favorite izakaya snacks.
If you fry it too long, the tuna will get tough, so be careful. Recipe by Arikan

Steps
- 1
Cut the maguro into bite-sized pieces and put into a plastic bag with the ★ ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes to one hour.
- 2
Coat with the katakuriko and fry in oil. Fry in oil heated to 170℃.
- 3
You can also use sashimi-grade maguro. If you have sashimi leftover, you can leave it in the marinade and fry it the next day!
