Ingredients

  1. 4filets Maguro (for cooking)
  2. 2cm's worth ★Garlic (tubed)
  3. 2cm's worth ★Grated ginger
  4. 2 tbsp★Soy sauce
  5. 2 tbsp★Sake
  6. 1Katakuriko

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the maguro into bite-sized pieces and put into a plastic bag with the ★ ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes to one hour.

    Coat with the katakuriko and fry in oil. Fry in oil heated to 170℃.

    You can also use sashimi-grade maguro. If you have sashimi leftover, you can leave it in the marinade and fry it the next day!
