Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the flour and chicken in a plastic bag, and shake to coat the chicken with the flour.

Add the olive oil in a frying pan, and sauté the minced garlic and sliced onions. Push them to the side of the pan, and fry the chicken in the empty space.

Add the tomato juice, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cover with a lid, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
