Octopus Parsley

For when you have a sudden guest or when your dinner is missing something else, try this.
I decorated it with edamame since I had some around, but it's ok without it.
Just cut, mix and it's done.
It's a simple menu with no waiting time. Recipe by Byruu

This is a traditional Spanish dish that's perfect if you're looking for something fun to serve for dinner! Served on top of a perfectly cripsed potato thanks to the EVOO that it's cooked in with a pinch of sea salt for an extra bite of taste. Olive Oils from Spain -
Octopus with Garlic, Butter and Ponzu Sauce Octopus with Garlic, Butter and Ponzu Sauce
My mother usually gives me vegetables and fruits, but this time, she gave me boiled octopus. I'm so obsessed with butter and ponzu sauce these days that I cooked the octopus with it.I used garlic powder to make this recipe simple, but you could also use chopped or tubed garlic. In that case, add butter and stir-fry over low heat until it releases a nice aroma before adding the octopus. For about 3 servings. Recipe by Takuchi cookpad.japan -
