Heat a pan first and add oil and pan fry dried shrimp meat.Then place at the side of pan and sautee shallots and ginger until aromatic.Mix with shrimp.

Then pour the slice gourd mix well then add oyster sauce and fush sauce.Piur water too mix well then simmer.

After 5 mins add fancee cover again and cook until done.
