Chop the tofu into approximately 5 cm x 3 cm x 1 cm pieces.

Grate the garlic into the soy sauce and mix.

Wrap the tofu in the roasted nori seaweed.

Pour the garlic and soy sauce over the tofu and let sit for a few hours.

Put flour in a bowl, then add the carbonated water.

Coat the tofu in the flour, then deep fry in oil.
