Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced beef
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1pack Shimeji mushrooms (or anything else you like)
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 50 mlRed wine
  6. Seasonings
  7. 4 tbspKetchup
  8. 3 tbspJapanese Worcestershire-style sauce (or tonkatsu sauce)
  9. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
  10. 200 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the meat, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 2 tablespoon of flour in a plastic bag and shake well to coat the meat.

    Fry the garlic, meat and onion with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Add the shimeji mushrooms and red wine, then cover and steam (6-8 minutes). Add the seasonings and stew for 20 minutes.

    Pour over rice and the shredded cabbage and enjoy.
