Steps

Weight out 400g dried fruit into a glass bowl

Add rum to bowl with fruit

Add a pinch of cinnamon a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of all spice to fruit and rum

Leave overnight on side with cling film over

Roll out pasty and cut 12 circles

Place the in a muffin try that has been covered in butter

Add a large tbsp of fruit to each circle

Chop glazed cherries up and put some on top

Cut a star out of pastry and place on top

Mix in a small container brown sugar with a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon in and sprinkle a bit on top

DAB top star with a bit of milk

Bake in the oven at 180 fan for about 15-20 mins

Sprinkle with icing sugar
