Cooking Instructions

Firstly, fire roast the mangoes on medium-low flame till the skins turn black.
Once done, immersed roasted mangoes in a dip bowl filled with water for 2-3 hours. - 2
Further, take out the mangoes from water peel and squeeze the pulp in a bowl.

In a grinding add mango pulp, all the mentioned ingredients along with half glass water. Blend till everything turns smooth. Now add more water and ice cubes. Blend it again for a minute.
Adjust salt and sweet as per your taste.
(you can add more or less water as per thick or thin consistency you want) - 4
Aam panna is ready. Garnish with some extra ice-cubes and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
