Vegetable Chop

Steps

In a frying pan,roast dry masalas & grind it in mixer grinder.

All vegetables boil in Pressure cooker.smash it. Heat mustard oil in kadai & fry Peanuts. Keep aside. Then add panch photon. Then add chopped ginger & fry it.

Then add boiled Carrot, Beetroot & green chillies. Fry it well. Then add vegetable stock & cover it. Cook it for 10 minutes.

Then add boiled smashed Potatoes, salt & sugar. Fry it till water dries out. Add 1/2 tsp. Garam masala powder & 2 tsp. roasted masala. Mix it & cool it. Keep aside.

Make Vegetable chop from this mix (round or oval).
Mix 4 tbs. Flour with water.keep aside. Then dip the chop in flour mix & Coat it with bread crumbs one by one. Freeze it for 15 minutes. - 6
Heat oil in kadai & deep fry it till golden brown. Serve it hot with salad & Kasundi.
