  • 4apricots - as many as you like!
  • Fresh ricotta
  • Pistachio
  • Honey
  • Lemon
  • Cardamom

    Cut apricots into half and take out seeds. Add lemon juice, cardamon.

    Preheat oven at 190 degree and put for 20 min.

    Pre panfry pistacios and chop into pieces
