Steps

Handvo mix-----
Fill the dal in a bowl with water and soak it for 6 hours.
After 6 hours, take out the water completely from both the types of pulses and rice. In the grinder, put the rice with green chilies and ginger and prepare a thick paste by adding a little water too. Keep the paste in a bowl. - 2
In the prepared paste, mix red chili powder, black salt, salt, garam masala, asafoetida, fennel, coriander leaves, cumin, turmeric powder and prepare the handvo mixture. Mix baking soda in the handvo mixture until the batter is soft and floppy. Do.

Heat oil in a kadhai for making handvo.
Now put 1 tsp mustard seeds and 2 white sesame seeds in oil.
Then put the handvo. Close the lid and fry the handvo for 10 minutes until it turns brown in color from both the sides. - 4
When the color of the handvo becomes golden, turn off the gas and serve the handvo in a hot plate.
Serve handvo with spicy chutney. Test by putting. - 5
Tips--------
The most important thing about handvo recipe is that it should be cooked on low flame as much as possible so that it becomes very crispy as well as in this way it will be cooked well inside and out in every way. - 6
Those who like to eat spicy food can use green chili or red chili powder, which makes it very spicy too.
In making this recipe, it is very important that you soak the pulses and rice in plenty of water for overnight or at least 6 hours so that it becomes soft and gets cook
