Ingredients

50 minutes
10 pieces
  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupSugar powder
  3. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  4. As RequiredLukewarm water
  5. 2 tbspGhee
  6. As RequiredGhee for frying
  7. 2 tbspchopped cashewnuts
  8. 2 tbspchopped almonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly, take 1 cup wheat flour into a mixing bowl, and add 2 tbsp ghee into it.

    Then with the help of lukewarm water knead a hard dough.

  3. 3

    Put the ghee in a frying pan and heat it.

  4. 4

    Take out the small lump from the dough and make a small ball-like shape and flatten it with your palms.

  5. 5

    In the same way, make all flattened lumps nd fry them in hot ghee on a slow flame. When they turn golden brown, take them out on a plate.

  6. 6

    Cool slightly, and break the fried flattened lumps into pieces. Grind it coarse.

  7. 7

    Take out in plate, add sugar powder, cardamom powder, chopped and fried dry fruits.

  8. 8

    Make ladoo and Serve.
