In non-stick pan heat 1/2 cup ghee and roast aata in a medium flame till it turns brown in color

Then mixed with eiaichi powder half spoon and nuts powder one spoon two spoon milk powder

Then switched off the flame and mix with jaggery well and spread in a greased plate then after five minutes cut in square pieces and garnish with almond.

Milk powder is optional. I added it to get texture and creamy taste.
