Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped coconut
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • 1 tspgram dal
  • 1/2 tspUrad Dal
  • 2Kashmiri Chillies
  • 1 cuptomato, chopped
  • To temper the chutney
  • 1 tspcoconut oil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seed
  • 1/4 teaspoonurad dal
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1Kashmiri Chilli

  1. 1

    Take a all the ingredients in a pan, saute it and grind it into the mixture.

    And temper it using the ingredients mentioned under ‘To temper the chutney’ and mix it well.

    Serve it with idli, dosa and sambar to complete your meal!
