Check out the link provided above for making idlis.
After making the idli batter, temper it with the above-mentioned ingredients.
Use a button idli mould to make the cut mini mini sized idlis.
As idlis are ready, keep them aside to cool down.
As it cools down, demould the idlis. - 2

Next heat a kadhai with oil.
Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves. Put salt, red chilli powder, sambar powder and a dash of hing. Add very little water. Mix the masalas. Keep the heat slow. - 4
Next put the prepared button idlis into the masala and give the nice gentle mix so that, all the button idlis get well coated with the masala.

Serve it with chutney..
