Preheat Oven to 375°

Cut Ciabatta Bread into 1" Pieces. In a Large Bowl, Add in the Olive Oil, Grated Garlic, and Crouton Seasonings Mix Well. Now, Add the Bread Cubes and Mix Thoroughly. When Bread Cubes are Well Coated, Pour them onto a Baking Sheet in a Single Layer. Bake until Golden Brown, around 8 - 10 Minutes. Shake or Stir them around Every Few Minutes, to make sure they Brown on All Sides. Allow them to Cool on the Baking Sheet, before Transferring them into Another Container. Otherwise, they may get Soggy.

On a Cutting Board, start Mincing the Garlic And Anchovies. Keep Mincing and Smearing with Knife, until it Becomes a Paste. Add some Salt, which will Act as an Abrasive and Make the Process go Faster. Add Paste to a Large Glass Bowl.

To the Same Bowl, Add Egg Yolks, Dijon, Lemon Juice, White Wine Vinegar, Worcestershire, Salt and Pepper. Whisk Well. Start to Very Slowly pour in the Oil, while Whisking Constantly. If you pour too Much too Fast, it will Break the Emulsion. Keep slowly adding the Oil, until you get a nice, Thick Mayonnaise like Consistency. Taste for Seasoning, and Add more if Needed.

Now, there are a Few ways to Prepare the Salad from here. You can Prepare the Entire Salad by now Adding all the Lettuce to your Large Bowl. Mix until Evenly Coated in Dressing. Add Parmesan, and Mix to Coat Evenly. Now, Add Croutons and Toss again. Garnish with more Freshly Cracked Black Pepper and Slivers of Parmesan, if Desired.

If you're Not Sure that the Whole Salad will be Eaten at once, you can Prepare Individual portions. Get a Separate Bowl, and add an Individual portion of the Lettuce. Spoon a little Dressing all around the Sides of the Bowl. Mix to Coat Evenly. Add Parmesan, and Mix Well. Add Croutons and Toss again. This way, Any Leftovers won't get Soggy.

Another method is to Add the Parmesan directly into the Dressing, before Preparation. Both ways are Perfectly Fine and Taste Delicious, but I just prefer the Look and Texture you get when Adding the Parmesan onto the already Dressed Leaves.
