Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 6shrimp
  • 2eggs
  • 1 piecetofu
  • 7 ozVietnamese pork sausage (chả lụa) (about 200 grams)
  • 7 ozpork belly (about 200 grams)
  • 1 1/4-1 2/3 cupsmixed fresh herbs (lettuce, perilla, mint, etc.) (about 300-400 grams)
  • 1green mango
  • 1cucumber
  • 1carrot
  • 1/4pineapple
  • Lime, chili, garlic, sugar for the dipping sauce
  • Other meats, fish, or vegetables as you like

    Prepare and prep the ingredients:
    Wash all vegetables and herbs thoroughly.
    Wash all proteins.
    Finely mince the garlic and chili.

    Cook the ingredients:
    Cut the vegetables and herbs into pieces suitable for rolling.
    Cook and slice the proteins into pieces suitable for rolling.
    Boil the pork and shrimp.
    Fry the tofu until crispy.
    Beat the eggs and cook in a thin omelet with a little oil over low heat to avoid holes.

    Make the dipping sauce:
    Mix in a 1:1:1 ratio:
    3 tablespoons fish sauce
    3 tablespoons sugar
    3 tablespoons hot water

    Arrange everything on a large platter and enjoy with your family!
