  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1/4 tsp.Sugar
  4. 2 pinchchilli powder
  5. Oil for frying

    Cut the Brinjal in round shape.

    Marinate with salt,sugar, turmeric powder, chilli powder for 15 minutes.

    Heat oil in kadai & fry it both side till golden brown. Serve it with Puri or steamed rice with Ghee & green chilli. It's really very tasty.
