Instant Chilli And Carrots Pickle

Clean wash green chillies and carrots. Peeled carrots cut into 1/2 to 1 inches. Cut the ends of green chillies pet dry both. Mix then add salt add turmeric powder mix well keep aside for 30min.

After 30min. drain out water of salt and turmeric powder. Get ready oil crushed fennel seeds and yellow mustard seeds crushed add into mixture.

Add oil add 1 lemon juice mix everything well.If needed add little turmericpowder and salt. Store in air tight glass container.

Your easy tasty pickle is ready.
Serve with any meal.
