Maiday ko chaan kar thora sa salt and ghee mila kar achi tarha goondh lein. kuch ghantay rest dein. phir uski choti balls ready kar lein.

Phir ik ik ball k bail kar phela lein. is par cut lagayen.

Ab is roti k dono side ik k upar ik kar k rakh dein. sides ko press kar k jorh dein.

Ab is ki mid se gap bana kar dono side ki strips ko andar ki taraf se bahar ki taraf fold kar lein.

Isay halkay hath se shape dein. ap iski koi dusri shape b de sakte hain.

Sheera banane k liye pani me cheeni aur food color mila kar ik boil deden. lemon juice add krden ta k sheera clear ho jaye.

Ab ik ik kar k shakarparay ko deep fry karen aur halke garam sheeray medalte jayen.

Dono side ko dip karen. taqreeban 5-7 min tak dip karen rahen.

Then sheeray se nikal kar serve karen. Enjoy !
