4 tbspsoy flour
2 tbspsugar

Cut the rice cakes into bite-size pieces. If you like a big one, you don't need to cut it.

Put the rice cakes in a pot of boiling water and boil for roughly 3 minutes. Until the rice cakes are soft.

Mix soy flour, sugar and salt in bowl. Then put boiled rice cakes in it and coat them.
