Wash your protein & ponmo then boil till soft, i used goat meat and i boiled it along with onion strips, goat meat spice, seasoning cubes, and chopped peppers (optional). make a smooth purée of the peppers & onions.

In a heated pot, add an idle quantity of palm oil, locust beans, onion strips and stir, Then turn in your smooth pepper mix and the dried egusi and mix everything to combine and fry properly.

Once its perfectly fried the aroma in your kitchen will tell you😊 add stock water or water, your cooked protein, ponmo, washed dried fish, stock fish, sprinkle of salt to taste, onga, crayfish and seasoning cubes then stir everything together to combine and cover for 4 to 5 mins this will allow the meats to release it’s flavour and everything will cook together perfectly

Lastly washed and slice the vegetables of choice then open the pot and add, stir and allow it to cook for another 3-4mins so the vegetable can soften up and serve.
