For Pulao
Boil the Basmati Rice by adding salt and drain out - 2
Now take a pan add 2tsp oil crackle Cumin seeds, bay leaf and red dry chilli and stir fry Peas and 1tsp ginger garlic paste add salt to taste and then add the boiled rice and mix them well.
Pulao is ready to serve. - 3
For Punjabi Curry
Take the Curd add Besan flour and water and blend them nicely. - 4
Now take a pan add oil and ghee now Crackle Cumin seeds and cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and Asafoetida

Now pour the Curry mixture and add the spices as well salt to taste and give them nice boil for around 10-12 minutes.

Lastly add chopped coriander optional..
