Salt and Garlic Flavored Sautéed Chicken

This is an easy, simple and delicious family favorite.
Slice open the meat so that it's the same thickness all over. In order to make the skin very crispy, wipe out the extra oil in the pan after you turn the meat over, and don't put a lid on. This is great grilled on a barbeque too!! For 4 servings. Recipe by Naomoka

Pierce the meat on the skin side several times with a skewer. Rub the grated garlic and ginger over both sides of the meat.

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan over high heat and put the chicken in skin side down. Fry for 5 minutes until the skin is browned. It will splatter a lot so put a lid on for this part!
