Gobindobhog rice vegetable khichdi

Measure and take the little millet. Days in the bowl and rinse well until you get clear water let it soak for at least 15 minutes

Prepare the vegetable and keep it aside in a pressure cooker. Heat in a pressure cooker heat cooking oil and ghee temper all the whole spices

Saute well now add the green chilli and vegetables add salt red chilli powder and turmeric Coriander cooking on low flame till the vegetables are slightly done

Drain the dal and rice to the cooker and add the water. Combine everything well and cover the lid pressure cooker for at least 3 whisties. Let the pressure fall down.

Once done remove the lid and Coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve with kadhi ghee and khichdi
