Ingredients

3 people
  • 4large or medium eggs
  • I cup of sugar
  • 1teaspon of nutmeg
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 cupflour
  • Chocolate chips/raisins(optional)

  1. 1

    In a deep bowl, crack four eggs and beat with handmixer at the highest level till it double in size while also gradually adding one cup of sugar.

  2. 2

    Stop the mixer, add in your vanilla and nutmeg. Mix alltogether just a little.

  3. 3

    Put your mixer at a medium speed, then start pouring your flour. Once its mix well stop.

  4. 4

    On lowest heat, place your mosa pan and allow to heat. Then scoop your batter and pour into each mold(put some chocolate chips or raisins). Allow to bake until u can see all sides is cook and bubbles at the middle before turning the cake to the other side

    Once both side is done. Serve and enjoy with any juice of your choice.
