Coffee and Chocolate Financiers

I made this for my friends to give out on Valentine's Day. I added coffee to my favorite chocolate financier and made this recipe.
It tastes better the next day or after 3 to 5 days. It's just mixing, so there are no special tricks. You could use unsalted or salted butter. Browned butter will add more flavor, but you could also microwave and melt the butter. For 10 rose shape molds. Recipe by twinflower

Mix the ○ ingredients, rum, and coffee and microwave to melt. Then add it to the mixture.
- 5

Coat the silicone mold with melted mutter. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

- 9
Give these a try, too. Pink Rose Financiers with Chocolate inside.
- 10
Place the financiers in a basket and wrap it up.
- 11
I divide the financiers, put them in a plastic bag add a paper doily, staple it and seal it with a sticker.

Marron Glacé and Hazelnut Financiers Marron Glacé and Hazelnut Financiers
I found some broken marron glacé on sale, so I decided to make financiers with them. I tried combining hazelnut powder and maple syrup in the batter, which was a perfect combination. These financiers have a very fall flavor. The butter should be browned well to go with the hazelnut powder.Pass the butter through a fine-meshed tea strainer. In addition, slowly pour the butter into the bowl with the other batter ingredients, so that the small burned bits in the bottom of the container don't get transferred. The financiers are delicious when freshly baked, or the next day, or the day after that. Coffee & Chocolate Marbled Muffins Coffee & Chocolate Marbled Muffins
I have never made coffee muffins before, even though I'm a coffee lover, so I made these muffins. Just the coffee flavour is a little bit too simple, so I added black cocoa powder which I had left over, and made a marbled pattern. If you don't have black cocoa powder, use normal cocoa powder. The taste is the same, but adding the black cocoa powder makes the muffins look prettier. For 6 muffins. Recipe by nyonta cookpad.japan -

Coffee-Flavored Chocolate Oreo Mousse Coffee-Flavored Chocolate Oreo Mousse
I madeas a white chocolate mousse with Valentine's Day in mind . It's simple, but it is really delicious! This is my best recipe I really recommend it!This solidifies quickly unlike other white chocolate mousse recipes I have uploaded, so you do not need to chill the mixture in Step 5. It will actually make things more difficult if it solidifies too much. It finishes faster in exchange . I completely over-whipped the heavy cream in the photo for Step 3. For about 8 servings.
