RIGATONI pasta bake W/Homemade PASTA SAUCE

Saute peppers with chicken broth on medium heat, till medium soft, then add onions til more soft, then add pressed garlic, add more broth as needed, do not brown garlic. Add seasoning pepper, garlic powder, oregano. Then add chopped mushrooms. Cook till veggies soft. Remove and set aside.

Add cherry tomatoes to same pot with broth. Cook on medium low heat. Until soft. Adding more broth as needed. Mixing occasionally

Blend tomatoes, half of sautéed veggies, 1/2 cup broth, 1/4 cilantro and 1/4 basil, can tomato paste.
Blend 2 table spoons sour creamAdd garlic powder, oregano, cumin, pepper, creole seasoning, seasoning salt, onion salt
Add more broth if too thick and blend more
Taste and adjust seasoning and add basil if needed

Brown ground turkey and sweet Italian sausage, add seasoning

Cook Rigatoni according to box

Mix everything together

Add 3 table spoons of sour cream and mix - 7
Pour everything in casserole dish, top with shredded cheddar par mozzarella cheese and chopped cilantro
Bake on 350 for 5-10 min until cheese melted
