Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingredients: Cut the green onions into small sections.

Heat oil in a pan. Cook in order without washing the pan: First, fry the eggs and set aside. Then, add the pork slices and cook until they change color, then set aside. Add a little more oil if needed, and sauté the green onions and garlic slices until fragrant.

Add the ketchup and tomato mackerel canned fish (including the juice) and stir-fry briefly. Add 5 cups of water (about 1200 ml) and the ingredients from step 2. Bring to a boil. Before turning off the heat, add the umami stir-fry sauce and mix well, then serve.

Place the cooked noodles into the prepared soup. Enjoy a bowl of hot soup noodles on a cold day for a truly comforting experience!
