  • 1 teaspoonchia seed
  • Water to soak chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoonroasted flax seed
  • 1 teaspoonroasted pumpkin seed
  • 1 teaspoonroasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoonhoney
  • 1apple
  • 1banana
  • Handfulgrapes
  • 1/4 cupalmond milk

  1. 1

    First soak the chia seeds in water so that it blooms. Now add flaxseed and pumpkin seeds.

    To this add sunflower seeds and honey.

    Chop up some apple and banana layer it over that add grapes.

    Top it up with almond milk chill for half hour and serve.
