Puri-bhaji, sambhar, rasam, rice and appadam.

But this is a very easy, tasty thali.
Steps

First, keep tur dal for boiling in cooker. Knead the puri dough and rest for 30 minutes. Wash 1 cup rice and soak for a while.Also ready the ingredients for bhaji, sambhar and rasam.

FOR SAMBHAR:
Boil drumsticks and pumpkin. In a tope take oil, add rai, chanadal, jira, methi seeds, red chillies, hing - 3
Peel the onion shallots

Add in onion shallots, tomato and salt.

Add in tamarind pulp water and dry masalas and bring to a boil.

Add in boiled tur dal and boiled drumsticks and pumpkin (along with the veg. boiled water). Mix well and boil for 8-10 minutes. Lastly, add some coriander.

FOR RASAM:
In oil add rai, urad dal, jira, red chillies, hing and do the tempering. - 8
Add in curry leaves. Add in tomato and tamarind pulp water.

Bring to a boil. Add in the dry masalas, salt and curry powder.

Boil for 8-10 minutes. Tasty appetizing Rasam is ready. Delicious Sambhar also ready

FOR PURI-BHAJI:
Cut onions into slices and boil and mash the potatoes roughly with hand. In a kadhai, take oil, add rai and urad dal. - 12
Add jira, hing, slit green chillies and hing.

Add in sliced onions, salt and haldi

When onions are just transparent (do not over cook) add in 2 tsp coriander and mix,. Also add in the roughly mashed potatoes. Mix well.

After 2 minutes add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. When done, switch off gas and add lemon juice.

Mix and a Perfect potato-onion bhaji is ready. Roll out puris. Cook the rice.

Deep fry in hot oil. Also fry Appadams. Also serve curd and pickle.

Serve hot.
