Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 20sweet peppers (Manganji peppers)
  2. 3 1/3 tablespoonsnoodle soup base (diluted)
  3. About 1 tablespoon ginger
  4. as neededVegetable oil,

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the stems from the sweet peppers.

    Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat it. Once hot, add the sweet peppers and lightly cook them. *Avoid stirring too much.

    Cook them lightly until they become tender. Once cooked, transfer to a plate.

    After transferring to a plate, pour the noodle soup base over them and grate the ginger on top. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour to let the flavors meld, and it's ready to serve!!
