Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 5 1/3 ozbeef (150g)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 3/4 ozcabbage (50g)
  4. 1 3/4 ozgreen onion (50g)
  5. 1 tablespoonoil (15ml)
  6. 3 packsudon noodles
  7. 1 tablespoonsugar (12g)
  8. 3 1/3 tablespoonsmentsuyu (50ml)
  9. Soy sauce, to taste
  10. Bonito flakes, to taste
  11. Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion, roughly chop the cabbage, and slice the green onion.

  2. 2

    Heat a frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the beef and onion with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    When the beef is almost cooked through, add the cabbage and continue to stir-fry.

  4. 4

    Add the udon noodles, mentsuyu, and sugar. Stir-fry, loosening the noodles as you go.

  5. 5

    Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Add the green onion and quickly toss everything together.

  6. 6

    Serve on a plate and generously top with bonito flakes.

大前提として…料理はいつも目分量で作ってるので、大体の分量で載せてます。分量より少なめに計量して、味をみながらお好みの味に調節していただくことをオススメします。☆お菓子作りに使用する無塩バターですが、安いので良く使うのはケーキ用マーガリンです。お好みで使いわけて下さい。もし良ければ、つくれぽ・フォローもよろしくお願いいたします(*^^*)
