Quinoa cabbage tikki

Wash and soak the quinoa for two hours. Note, it has to be washed three times so that the bitter taste disappears. Now pressure cook the quinoa for three whistle. Let the pressure release on its own to this add boiled mashed potatoes.

To the boiled potatoes, add shredded cabbage, carrot and ginger.

Mix in coriander leaves and, rice flour and the spices with some salt. Mix all the ingredients well make small balls and keep it aside.

Now flat in each ball, grease a pan with little bit of clarified butter that is ghee and cook on both sides. This is shallow frying. Please do not deep fry it as it will make it unhealthy. This has a lot of protein because of the quinoa. Serve with tomato sauce.
