Wash peel and slice bottle gourd

Heat pan and just add a little oil and stir fry bacon until cook.Then remove from pan and set aside.

In same pan stir fry ginger and shallot.Then drop in sliced gourd.Mix it and cover and simmer for 2 mins.

Then add a little water,bacon and oyster sauce.

Cover and simmer until gourd are soft.
