Spray a small tin with oil, roll out the pastry fill the tin and press down sides.

Put 2 chopped bananas 🍌🍌 on the pastry.
Make up your custard with sauce flour or any flour or custard powder mix.
Add the milk egg and sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg stir and start thickening up in airfyer for about 4 mins keep stirring.

Then pour over banana's and cook for abo
40 mins on bake at 177c.
I had left over pastry so added some strips across the pie.

Beautiful warm, if you refrigerate it's perfect 👍 cold.
